How does a person use the certificate?
The person should contact us in a way that’s convenient for them and provide the secret code
We’ll offer a suitable time, and the person or couple will visit us when it’s most comfortable for them
The happy recipient will find out the format of the gift only in the studio — a perfect blend of intrigue and an extraordinary experience!

We will send an electronic version of the iris. The perfect memory (and screensaver) will always be with the person
To do so, the recipient or the gift giver must contact us in any convenient way at least one month before the certificate expires and provide its secret code.
This can be done either directly at our studio or in advance by contacting us in any convenient way.
The electronic certificate will be sent to your email after payment, along with a secret code that you’ll need to share with the recipient.
To receive a printed certificate, please visit our studio during working hours. You can pay for the printed certificate at the studio and take it with you on the spot.
For example, if you want to order two certificates in the 13x18 cm format, first place an order for the first one and enter your email address. Then repeat the process for the second certificate using the same email.
